Sean's story
Like many middle-aged people, Sean realized one day that he was nearly 30 pounds over his "normal." The stresses of life had slowly crept up on him over the years, and he unconsciously coped by taking on unhelpful patterns and making poor dietary choices. Along with the weight gain, his life-long struggle with IBS had worsened, affecting many aspects of daily living.
He decided to make a change, and to use everything he knew about mindfulness training, subconscious conditioning, and habit forming to reverse the trend he had unintentionally created in his life. He also studied food and nutrition to better understand how his choices were affecting his biology.
After two years, he was back to his ideal weight, and remains there today.
Now he teaches others the skills to reverse the trends that have brought them to an overweight state. Over several weeks, you will learn to think differently about food, eating, psychology, and counteracting all the ways the food and "lifestyle" industries take advantage of you.
Sean has taught meditation and consciousness development for over a decade. He's also famous for his mind-over-matter programs in which he teaches people to move physical objects with their minds.

You are an ideal candidate for the program if you are willing to:
- Learn and practice skills for changing the way you think.

Technical Requirements for Participants
All participants must:
- Own a mobile phone (and ear-buds/headphones) and bring it to each class
- Know how to use the phone's calendar, camera and photo album, and notepad
- Have access to a bathroom scale at home
A Program with Integrity
There are definite indicators that this is a program with integrity. Therefore:
- There are no supplements or pre-made meals.
- Your weight loss and "health gain" will be based on behavioral changes, including how, when and what you eat.
- Your choice-making will be well informed by scientific facts.
- The rate of weight loss will NOT be extreme, nor super fast. It will be steady, natural, and long-term.
- This is not a diet, it is a change in lifestyle and personal psychology.
- It is based on the premise that you are intelligent and strong, and that we have simply been influenced by food and society to eat and behave in unhealthy ways for other people's profit.
- Limited group size. This ensures a personal, shared, and supportive atmosphere where you get your time to speak and be heard, and for others to learn from your experiences during the month.
Great Perks! Bodywork Included
Body-awareness and feeling-awareness are crucial parts of this program. As such, two one-hour bodywork sessions are included, valued at $200! You may choose between a traditional therapeutic massage, or a hands-off energy healing session, and you will schedule those individually with Sean McNamara to occur at some time during the program or within one month after the program has ended.
