Registration and Program Policies:
​Read Before Registering

Refund Policy - No refunds within two weeks of the start date.

• For the September series, this means no refunds will be given on or after August 18.
• For the October series, no refund on or after September 29.
• For the January series, no refund on or after December 22.

Attendance and Mutual Respect

• We will respect each other and avoid aggressive, belittling, or other unwanted behavior, spoken or otherwise.
• Violation of this policy will result in being removed from the program without refund, in Sean McNamara's sole subjective decision.
• It is your choice whether to attend all or some of the program, including the bodywork sessions, however no refund or discount will be made.
• The bodywork sessions are not transferrable to another person, and must be used within 60 days of the program start date, otherwise they are expired.

Personal Responsibility

• You will not be asked to violate the guidance you have been given by your own doctor or nutritionist.
• You acknowledge that you may choose whether or not to follow any guidance given in the program.
• It is recommended that you consult with your healthcare provider before following any guidance given in the program.
• No guarantees of success are made, as it is impossible to know ahead of time whether you will be able to follow the guidance completely and/or how your body will respond to the changes you adopt in your eating and lifestyle.
• You acknowledge that this is a long-term weight loss program and change will occur in accordance with that, and will be maintained as long as you continue the behavior changes you make during the program.
• You release Sean McNamara and Mayu Sanctuary from any liability and or responsibility for any harm or loss you incur while taking part in the program, either on or off the premises of the classroom.

Signed Agreement

• You agree to sign a paper copy of this policy statement upon arrival at the first meeting. Refusal to sign the agreement will automatically prevent attendance, and there will be no refund.
